This is amazing. I saw this video on my friend Michelle's blog. I'm already a fan of Jon Schmidt's and this just confirms why. Steve, the cellist, was in our married student ward a few years ago. Talk about talent! I think I need to get this song on my iPod.

Missing in Action
Actually, we've just been really busy. And even with all our busy-ness, nothing really has been worthy of it's own blog post. :) But to tide you over (because I know you're dying to read an update), here's a list of things we've been up to:
- Brady had spring break back in March...poor guy pretty much worked all week, but I took a morning off to spend some time with him. Brady always asks me if I can "call in sick" and hang out with him, but it's not my nature to do that to my patients. So I scheduled time off and we just pretended that I was skipping out on work that day. It was kinda fun!
- My youngest brother, Curtis, got his mission call to the Pennsylvania Harrisburg Mission. He leaves July 1. He was so cute when he got his call. He was all nervous and then totally excited. He'll be a good missionary. I'm happy for him.
- Brady's younger brother, Andy, is getting married in a few weeks. We had a shower for his fiance, McKenzie.
- By some small miracle, we made it to the temple. Last summer we had been doing really well at going often and then when school started again for Brady, we slacked off. I was really happy to go.
- By another miracle, I was able to hear all 4 sessions of General Conference. It was supposed to be my Saturday morning to teach Pilates, but everyone canceled so I didn't have to go in to work (that was the miracle part...I really needed to hear that morning session instead of work). Instead, Brady and I watched the morning session in our pj's and we loved that. We watched/listen to the afternoon session and drove to Hooper for Brady to go to the Priesthood session with his dad. We slept over at Brady's parents' house and then went to my parents for my dad's famous Conference/Christmas Breakfast (my favorite!) palatschinken and to watch the rest of conference. Wasn't it so good?
- We got our tax returns. :)
- I finally got to work in my garden! If only weeds were as pretty as flowers. I sure had plenty of them to pull. It's funny to me that I really didn't like gardening when I was younger, probably because my parents made me help them. But now, I really look forward to that quiet time. My tree is starting to bloom and my tulips are almost there. I'll post pictures soon.
- Saturday was the annual Easter egg hunt/barbeque with Brady's extended family. Easter Sunday was absolutely gorgeous! It was such a spiritual day for me. We ate dinner with my extended family that afternoon.
